You can set one up by picking up a used or expired magicJack dongle phone adapter off Ebay for about 5 bucks and installing the GVJack App from http://www.pcphonesoft.com to be able to use it with Google Voice. After that all you need to do is login using your Gmail e-mail address and password. When somebody calls your Google Voice number it will ring your cellphone and the new "GVJack" phone you have set up in your home or office. One number rings both phones.
